Starting Pre-School can be a very big change for children, but our friendly and caring staff are committed to providing your child with the very best care and support.

Pebbles Pre-School is lead by a qualified Pre-school Manager, Saskia. She is supported by three further staff members; one who is an Early Years teacher. Our other staff are Early Years qualified with many years experience and one staff member who is an advanced apprentice and mum of two.

At Pebbles Pre-School we are committed to staff development and have a very robust and extensive training programme in place, making sure that the staff are regularly updated on any early years changes.

Our staff ratio is lead by Ofsted and we have one member of staff to every four two year olds and one member of staff to every eight three year olds.

We have a robust recruitment policy in place, which enables us to make the best decisions and ensure that our staff are suitable to work with young children. Every member of staff is required to go through a vetting process and part of this is having an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring service (DBS).   

We have a designated Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator and an Early Years Teacher with many years experience working with
children with Extra Educational Needs.
